Investigations and reportsin regards to personnel cases 

Occasionally, situations arise in an organisation where an external and impartial investigation is required to clarify what is currently going on and what has been happening in an organisation.  

These may include situations with claims and accusations about: 

  • Differential treatment
  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Psychopathic behaviour
  • Sexual harassment
  • Abuse/Substance abuse 

It is not unusual that the investigation provides the foundation for decisions regarding personnel, e.g. termination or transfer, etc.  

We typically work by interviewing those involved in the case and relevant parties, and material is gathered – emails, letters, text messages etc. It may be necessary to reconduct interviews.   

A written report is developed based on the collected material and information.
