Consultant services regarding psychological work environment 

Dansk Erhvervspsykologi assists when there are challenges with the psychological work environment: 

• When measures of well-being are low 
• When there is a need to clarify what underlies these measures 
• When there have been cases concerning the psychological work environment  
• When there has been an injunction from the Danish Working Environment Authority 

In collaboration with the manager, HR and the work environment organisation, processes of change are identified, planned, and executed. These may be organisational changes, courses and training, or information and activities. We follow up and evaluate whether the psychological work environment is improved.
