Supervision

Since 1994, we have performed supervision and trained employees and professionals in supervision. We supervise individuals and employees – or management groups in public organisations at institutional, municipal, and regional levels.

We work very flexibly. For example, we have organisations that request us for an entire day, once a month. The organisation ensures the time is spent with the managers, employees, or groups that require supervision on the given day - a flexible and cost-effective method for many organisations.

Every supervision course is developed in collaboration with the organisation and is adapted to concrete wishes and needs.
