Since 1994, we have held hundreds of lectures on psychological topics, that have been relevant for organisations, their development or stagnation, understanding, or misunderstanding their behaviour, or their problem-solving approach.

All lectures are tailored to the organisation’s wishes and needs. Setup, communication, and level of interaction may vary from a classic lecture with questions to an interactive workshop with various analogue and digital tools.

If a more training and learning based setup is preferred, forum games can be used to communicate and train various topics, in which you require more knowledge, insight, and opportunities for action.
