Psychological counseling

We have agreements with more than 250 private and public organisations regarding psychological counselling.

These sessions can be preventive—for example, if an employee is showing early signs of stress—but they are also initiated when, for instance, an employee has gone on sick leave and needs prompt, effective support.

At Dansk Erhvervspsykologi, we serve insurance and pension companies, national, regional and municipal organisations, as well as private companies and NGOs.

Coverage may vary depending on whether it is provided through a public healthcare scheme, a private health insurance policy, or a special arrangement offered by a private company.

We have agreements with each organisation that specify exactly what type of psychological support their managers, employees, or customers can access. Dansk Erhvervspsykologi is known for handling the wide range of variations and customised solutions these agreements require.

At Dansk Erhvervspsykologi, we maintain high professional standards, operate transparently, and focus on learning. We build dialogue-based client relationships, share knowledge, prepare statistics, and ensure we are accessible. We have been in the market for more than 30 years and enjoy equally long client relationships.

Our Customer Care Centre, which supports our clients, is staffed by healthcare professionals, such as nurses. It is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Case managers are ready to assist customers, managers, and employees in arranging the exact course of psychological support each individual needs.

Once the need for support has been clarified, the manager, employee, or customer is referred to the most relevant counselling programme within the scope of their agreement.

Dansk Erhvervspsykologi operates nationwide. We have in-house psychologists and collaborate with more than 300 psychologists across Denmark. Sessions may take place at our premises, in private clinics, or online—depending on the agreement, preferences, or needs of our clients.

To ensure quality, psychologists have access to supervision from our chief psychologists, and programmes are evaluated on an ongoing basis.

Depending on whether the programme is referred or anonymous, and whether it involves the manager, there may be contact between Dansk Erhvervspsykologi and the referrer, or between the psychologist and the manager.

We also offer user and client portals via an app, with content tailored to the wishes of our customers.
